Before the chilly weather set in, the Grieve group gathered (at a safe distance) for an outdoor company picnic to celebrate the year’s successes. From raffles to cornhole, the office and shop teams enjoyed getting together for some food, fun and festivities!
The pandemic has brought different types of challenges to all organizations, and Grieve has been no exception. Getting together for team camaraderie is important to learning and growing, so finding a solution by having an outdoor picnic was beneficial to all. We know that being a strong team and a great place to work is built on a foundation more than just day-to-day work tasks. Our gathering was a way to reconnect all employees, office and shop, in person and thank everyone for their hard work and dedication.
