No. 1018 is an electrically heated, 500°F (260°C) three-zone belt conveyor oven that can be used for drying ceramic parts. Workspace dimensions are 18″ wide x 40″ deep x 18″ high. The oven consists of a 30″ long open loading zone, three 162″ long insulated heat zones, and a 60″ long open unloading zone. The conveyor belt is stainless steel flat wire.
Each heat zone includes recirculating blower, powered exhauster, independent door for access to workspace, disposable fresh air filter, and control panel.
