The No. 1013 is an electrically-heated, 350°F (177°C) cabinet oven currently used for curing rubber parts.
Eight workspace openings with roller supported shelves each measure 36″ wide x 6-1/4″ high x 24″ deep, Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements have 45 KW installed, while a 7,800 CFM, 5-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the common central duct of the oven to heat the load.
This cabinet oven features 4″ thick insulated walls, an aluminized steel interior and exterior, a top mounted heat chamber with access doors, and 200 lbs. capacity shelves that extend 24″ in front of the oven for easier loading.
The No. 1013 is equipped with a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, programmable timer interlocked to each door, and green light for each door to indicate time complete.
