No. 1030 is a 550°F (288°C) modified Model CBH-550 floor level cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for heating large gears. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 48″ wide x 48″ deep x 60″ high. 40 kW are installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements to heat the oven chamber, while a 2000 CFM, 2-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow across the workload.
This Grieve cabinet oven features 6″ insulated walls, aluminized steel exterior and interior, and five levels of dual-lane roller conveyors rated at 300 lbs. per level.
Controls on No. 1030 include a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, and a recirculating blower airflow safety switch.
