No. 1027 has workspace dimensions of 47″ wide x 30″ deep x 63″ high. 30kW are installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements to heat the oven chamber. A 2000 CFM, 2-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal air flow across the workload.
The 550°F (288°C) electric cabinet oven has 6″ insulated walls; aluminized steel exterior, Type 304, 2B finish stainless steel interior, four independent doors for access to the work space, and eight loading pans on channel supports in each oven opening. The oven is designed to dry pellets in the 29″ wide x 30″ long x 1″ high pans.
